Where are the tulips?

Visitors may have noticed a wider variety of bulbs populating the garden this spring. While we have traditionally focused on tulips for our large spring displays, they have become more difficult and expensive to source in the last two years. The forecast for next year’s tulip crop predicts lower yields and higher production and import costs.
In an effort to diversify our selection and to begin incorporating more perennial bulbs, we have chosen to expand our selections to include hyacinths, daffodils, and jonquils! We appreciate your patience as we make these transitions, and hope to see you in the garden all year!
